北票金事達(dá)機(jī)械制造有限公司前身是一家多年生產(chǎn)耐磨、耐熱鋼的專業(yè)廠家（北票市金華鑄鋼有限責(zé)任公司）。主要產(chǎn)品有六大系列，一百多個(gè)品種。

　　一：改進(jìn)型高鉻合金鑄鐵，高鉻鑄鐵本身就是耐磨材料里的頂級(jí)材料，本公司科研人員經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)達(dá)十幾年的理論、實(shí)踐、調(diào)整，對(duì)高鉻鑄鐵進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，改進(jìn)過(guò)程不言而喻，改進(jìn)后的高鉻鑄鐵在原有基礎(chǔ)上耐磨性提高了60—70%，相當(dāng)于錳鋼的十幾倍，深受用戶認(rèn)可。

　　三：油淬低碳合金鋼是本公司特別研制的高韌性、高耐磨的合金鋼。眾所周知，韌性高了不耐磨，高耐磨了沒韌性，本公司就是針對(duì)有些工況條件和廠家的要求，即需要有高的耐磨性，又要有好的韌性的要求而研發(fā)了這種特殊鋼種。本鋼種是由特殊的化學(xué)成分加以特殊的熱處理工藝，然后經(jīng)過(guò)油淬火處理后才達(dá)到理想的效果。它的耐磨性是高錳鋼的2—3倍，使用范圍十分廣泛。

　　四：中合金顎板。針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)還沒有哪個(gè)廠家敢用中合金材質(zhì)做顎板，本公司經(jīng)過(guò)幾年的實(shí)驗(yàn)、試制、調(diào)整和實(shí)際試用，成功研制出中合金顎板。經(jīng)過(guò)幾年的用戶使用，耐磨性是高錳鋼的1—2倍，效果非常理想，得到用戶一致好評(píng)。本材質(zhì)適用于大、中、小各類顎板。
